Zumba Gold/Zumba Gold Toning

Service Description

This class is great for active older adults, beginners or those with physical limitations. This class recreates the original moves you love in a Zumba class at a lower intensity. We use light-weight maraca toning sticks in a few songs to help with coordination, prevent muscle reduction in muscle mass, muscle strengt, atrophy and sarcopenia.
