Hi my name is Stella, I am a coach, fitness instructor and the studio owner. Wanted to introduce myself and share with you my journey and story. A few years ago I was not feeling myself. I was always tired my energy levels low. I would feel out of breath just walking to my car. I had chronic mood changes and my immune system was trash. To top it off I was dealing with onset menopause due to having a full hysterectomy. Then I visited a holistic doctor who put things in perspective for me. Change your lifestyle, what did this mean, the way I looked at food. Was it hard, hell yes it was so hard but I got through it and learned through research and just experimenting with foods to see what worked for me. I was diagnosed with Metabolic Syndrome and totally reversed all my blood work to normal levels and I'm now feeling healthier and feel better than I felt in my 20's. During my journey to better health, my youngest brother who had suffered with diabetes his whole life was suffering with kidney failure. I truly feel if he had the knowledge and the proper coaching things might have turned out different for him. I know with experience you can turn your health around. This is why I want to help others and coach them to a healthier lifestyle through food and exercise. My passion to guide you is real and genuine. We have ton of fun while getting into shape while everyone's journey is different we promise you will find yourself getting lost in the music. Your workout will be over and you will leave feeling energized. These are high calorie workouts but you will have the time of your life doing them.
We’re going to pump you up! We will work your whole body, helping tone every muscle group. We will build lean muscle mass which will help rev your metabolism for more efficient calorie burning. We will get your heart rate up and help you maintain a good cardiovascular respiratory system. The moves are designed to enhance flexibility and boost your cardio endurance. High Intensity interval Training
Looking for a little more than just cardio where you can tone arms, abs, glutes and legs. We have that class for you here at Stella's CardioBlast. We will do burpees to high knees, jumping jacks, squats and push ups. While we still move to a variety of custom beats its not a dance class but you will have so much fun & the workout will fly by quick. No equipment necessary!!

STRONG NATION/STRONG 30
Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG by Zumba® instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.

Low to moderate intensity strength training exercises are essential to prevent a dramatic reduction in muscle mass, muscle strength, atrophy and sarcopenia (loss of skeletal muscle mass). Walk in ready to have a blast and tone up, leave exhilarated and empowered!
Triple the fun!
This class is a total body workout where we incorporate 3 Zumba formats in one class. We start the class dancing Zumba style then we do a few songs using light weight toning sticks which is Zumba toning then we end the class with some Zumba Step. You will sure get your body moving!
